I teach Hatha Yoga , Ashtanga Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation. I teach at home as well as online. I can teach in Hindi in English. I have a class of one hour and I teach from 6 to 9 in the morning and 5 to 7 in the evening. I have tought more than 50 students till now. The students I tought got good results after doing yoga.
I give my students lots of tips and special instructions so they do better.
