Haṭha Vidyā Yoga Centre, Barsha Heights

Haṭha Vidyā in Barsha Heights, Dubai, offers classical Haṭha Yoga with daily batches for all levels. Each class follows a systematic path of āsana, prāṇāyāma and meditation, taught by trained Haṭha Vidyā teachers in the lineage of Acharya Bala. Beginners are welcome, as are experienced practitioners who want to refine their practice. The centre follows the same curriculum as every Haṭha Vidyā centre, including the 300-hour teacher training.
