Haṭha Vidyā Yoga Centre, Al Nahda

Haṭha Vidyā Al Nahda offers traditional Haṭha Yoga classes every day for all levels, along with a kids’ yoga program. Students learn āsana, prāṇāyāma, meditation and relaxation as one integrated system, with attention to breath, awareness and inner steadiness. Teaching follows the Guru–Shishya lineage of Acharya Bala and the same curriculum as every Haṭha Vidyā centre. The centre is part of Haṭha Vidyā Traditional School of Yoga.
