Passionate yoga teacher with over 4+ years of professional experience in teaching personal and group yoga classes. I absolutely enjoy inspiring others to commit to long-term health and fitness goals. With advance training in yoga, in designing vinyasa yoga classes and hatha yoga, I teach therapeutic yoga, corporates, pregnancy, personal training etc. Having completed by formal education in corporate law, I found my purpose in teaching yoga.

Integrating the ancient wisdom of Yoga practice and philosophy with current health sciences of mind and body, I aim at maintaining a positive atmosphere in class that students can take off the mat into their daily lives.
