I am an aspiring yoga teacher .

Academically qualified as M.A Yoga,  Diploma in health and nutrition, BA (H) Psychology. I am also certified as Yoga Protocol instructor and completed courses like yoga foundation and 500 (200+300) hrs og YTTC from yoga alliance USA. 

I posses expertise in hatha yoga, mediation pranayama  shatkarma, neurotherapy, yoga therapy, panchkarma , diet and nutrition and yoga anatomy .
